The first 3 star hotel where everything was lovely and fairly clean. The rooms were tastefully decorated with excellent view, the staff were helpful and excellent. It met the demands.

Got nicely decorated and extremely spacious room with good breakfast. Its location was stunning and fantastic, really close to all restaurants, the downs, and lovely gardens and ample parking. Had lunch/dinner at Mirch Masala, which I found relatively close to the hotel.
There were not comfy beds.

We only slept at the deluxe queen room, but truly enjoyed it. The location was marvellous because it was really close to the conservatory, restaurants in Babacoombe and the theatre, oddicombe beach, model Village, local shops and pubs.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The setting is marvellous and incredible, right by lovely gardens and ample parking as well as restaurants. It's near The Buccaneer Inn, good for a little drink.

You can eat at Angels Tea Rooms, which is set 500 metres away from the property. The hotel is in a MAGNIFICENT position and the airport is 30 km away. We enjoyed food and location here.

Staying close to babbacombe and possibility to explore cockington country park. Views were lovely. Babbacombe Inn served dishes within 100 metres off the hotel. A railway station was great for travelling.
